Anyways, as a breakfast appetizer, they offer "frushi" - fruit shaped to look like sushi. Every day offers a differnt kind of frushi, to match whatever fruits are in season. Instead of soy sauce, you get raspberry syrup. Instead of pickled ginger, you get canteloupe chunks. The frushi rice is held together with honey instead of rice vinegar. Very creative, and super delicious!

The maki is mango and kiwi. :)
